Services & Pricing

The property has several indoor and outdoor sites for your event. Whether you want to get married in the chapel, have a reception on the lawn, host a bridal shower in the barn or any number of other combinations of events and locations, we're happy to accommodate your needs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to save your date. 

Barn Packages

Keep it rustic or make it chic. Our 2,400-square-foot barn is outfitted with eight gorgeous chandeliers, a polished concrete floor perfect for dancing, heat in the winter months and easy access to restroom facilities. All packages include rental of tables and chairs for up to 120 guests. Set-up and tear down of all additional tents, tables, chairs and decorations must be completed within the hours booked.

  • Weekdays (Mon.-Thurs.) – $3500

  • Weekends (Fri.-Sun.) – $4750

​

Barn events have a rental duration of 8 hours on weekdays and 10 hours on weekends. Additional hours may be added at $250/hour.

Chapel Weddings

The little white chapel is where it all began. Get married in this intimate indoor setting with up to 50 of your closest family and friends. Prices for chapel weddings are based on the number of guests expected and start at just $350 for couple-only ceremonies. The chapel is pre-decorated and temperature-controlled for the comfort of all guests. Outdoor Events

Our property is one of our best assets. The koi pond or old smokehouse make the perfect backdrop for any event, large or small. Prices for outdoor events are based on the number of guests expected.
